Accessibility statement
Updated
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. These are the guidelines most widely used to judge whether a website is accessible.
What we do
- Text and buttons have enough color contrast to be easy to read.
- Pages can be used with a keyboard, including our menus, forms and tables.
- Images that carry information have text descriptions for screen readers.
- Pages use headings and labels so assistive technology can find its way around.
- Text can be enlarged in your browser without breaking the page.
- We check our pages with automated accessibility tools when we make changes.
Known limitations
Our EDDM® route planner shows mail routes on a map, which can be hard to use with a screen reader. The same routes are listed in a table below the map. Some postcard design images are samples whose text may not be fully described.
If any part of the site doesn't work for you, you don't need it to. Email us and we will give you the same information, quote or route counts by email, and take your order that way.
Tell us about a problem
If you have trouble using any part of this website, please email info@bestdirectmail.com. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we will work to fix it and help you in the meantime.
